This immensly fun activity combines history with technology so that children can explore the world as a Viking! Loading the PowerPoint onto an iPad, tablet or computer, the children click on the various places to give them information about the types of food and items available from there. After choosing 3 locations, they must then decide whether to 'raid' or 'invade', which will have consequences for both. The results of each place can be recorded on the Notes sheet to then help them plan for a Chieftain's feast, explaining where they went, what they collected and what happened to them while they were there!
